Roopnagar, September 13:

Tajinder Kumar Bansal of district was given a declaration ‘In Principal Approval’ certificate to set up his business and get the approval in time of applying for it at ‘Business First Portal’ under ease of business by the Punjab Government under single window system.

Deputy Commissioner, Rupnagar  Sonali Giri, today issued the Certificate of In Principal Approval under the Punjab Right to Business Act- 2020 to the  Tajinder Kumar Bansal a Businessman for setting up a paper and paper corrugated packing boxes with printing in Rupnagar District.

Highlighting the features of the Act, the Deputy Commissioner Rupnagar said that under this Act, all the NOC’s related to set up a new enterprise would be completed within 15 days after submitting application on the ‘Business First Portal’. All the formalities and NOC’s related to the New Business / Business start-up would be awarded through this single medium in a record time. She said the Department of Industries and Commerce have taken this new initiative to promote the business in the state besides providing ease of doing business with the required approvals.

She said that  Tajinder Kumar Bansal has become the First Entrepreneur of the District Rupnagar who have got all approvals by the 14th Working day of online application.

Deputy Commissioner Rupnagar added that the Entrepreneurs were feeling happy with the positive policies being formulated by the Punjab Government under the leadership of Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh to give a boost to the industries in the state and giving concessions to the new entrepreneurs.

Deputy Commissioner further said that the Punjab Government has created a pro-industry environment in the state and now the industrial revolution is being brought to the forefront.  She said that under the Punjab Right to Business Act-2020 all the necessary approvals were issued by the department to the new entrepreneurs in record time after uploading the application on the Punjab Business First Portal.

Thanking the Chief Minister Capt. Amarinder Singh after receiving the certificate of approval under Single Window System ‘Business First Portal’ from  Deputy Commissioner Rupnagar, Tajinder said it was really like a dream come true within 14 Working days of submitting an application through a hassle free mechanism. He expressed hope that the initiative of the Department of Industry and Commerce of Punjab Government would definitely boost the business in the state by successful implementation of the ‘Punjab Right to Business Act-2020.
