Lambi youth rally put off due to inclement weather

Chandigarh, April 6 – The Youth Mangda Jawaab rally scheduled to be held tomorrow at Lambi has been put off due to inclement weather.

Announcing this Youth Akali Dal (YAD) President Parambans Singh Romana said the new schedule for the rally would be announced in due time.

The YAD President said as per reports there was widespread damage to standing wheat crop in several areas of the State due to untimely rain coupled with strong winds. He demanded announcement of an immediate girdwari to access the damage following by compensation to farmers.
