Expressing the  happiness over Punjab securing the  first position in the ranking of school education by the Union Ministry of Education, Punjab Youth Congress President.Brinder Singh Dhillon congratulated  the education department and teachers  for this achievement and distributed laddu outside the residence of Chief Minister  Bhagwant Mann.
