Dr. Sandeep Pathak: BJP’s Mayoral Election Fraud Raises Concerns

Chandigarh, February 1 The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) will protest against the Bharatiya Janata Party at their headquarters in Delhi for rigging in the Chandigarh Mayoral election.

AAP national convenor Arvind Kejriwal and Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann will lead the protest against the BJP for their fraud in the mayoral election.

Dr. Sandeep Pathak’s Revelations

Informing about the same, AAP senior leader and Rajya Sabha member Dr. Sandeep Pathak shared a video message on his official X account.

Dr. Pathak revealed that in the Chandigarh Mayor election, the INDIA bloc had the clear majority. So first BJP tried horse trading but when they failed, they, under conspiracy, postponed the elections.

Electoral Manipulation Unveiled

After the High Court’s order, the election was conducted on January 30th. AAP and Congress had 20 votes and the BJP had 16 votes.

However, BJP’s presiding officer fraudulently invalidated eight AAP votes and declared the BJP candidate as the new mayor.

Questioning Electoral Integrity

Pathak further expressed concerns about the fairness of elections despite decades of independence. He highlighted the seriousness of the matter, indicating that if BJP can rig elections openly, it raises doubts about their conduct in future elections.

Urging Action to Safeguard Democracy

Pathak emphasized the shocking nature of the Chandigarh Mayor elections and called for action to safeguard democracy.

He urged people to join the AAP protest at BJP headquarters in Delhi to register their objection against such unfair and unconstitutional activities.
