Jio continues its lead in revenue market share in 4th quarter in Haryana

 

With an AGR of Rs 447.89 crore Jio has captured 44.4% of the total revenue market share (RMS) in Haryana in quarter 4

 

Chandigarh, June 26, 2023:  According to the latest figures released by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), Reliance Jio continued to be the top telecom service provider in terms of adjusted gross revenue (AGR) in Haryana in the fourth quarter ending March 2023. With an AGR of Rs 447.89 crore, Jio has captured 44.4% of the total revenue market share (RMS) in Haryana in quarter 4.

Airtel with an AGR of Rs 341.37 crore has an RMS of 33.8%, Vodafone Idea Ltd. with an AGR of Rs 184.53 crore has an RMS of 18%, while BSNL with an AGR of Rs 28.22 crore has an RMS of 2.8%.

Compared to the previous quarter that ended in December 2022, Jio saw an increase of Rs 11.69 crore in AGR in the fourth quarter, Airtel saw an increase of Rs 5.08 crore, BSNL saw an increase of Rs 2.93 crore, while Vodafone Idea saw a decrease of Rs 9.57 crore in its AGR.

Overall, Jio had an AGR of Rs 1740.4 crore in the financial years 2022-’23, Airtel had an AGR of Rs 1289.3 crore, Vodafone Idea had an AGR of Rs 739.7 crore and BSNL Rs 103.8 crore.

Jio which has the largest subscriber base in Haryana, is the preferred operator in the state.

It has the largest 4G and 5G networks in the state. Apart from its 4G network, Jio is also rapidly rolling out its True 5G services in the agrarian state, which will bring about immense benefits emanating from 5G powered technologies like the use of drones in agriculture, the Jio Krishi App that offers precision farming practices and the Jio Gau Samridhi App, that is used to track cattle and monitor their health.
