Governor to preside over Republic Day function at Shimla
The State level Republic Day function will be held at the Ridge Maidan, Shimla, district Shimla on 26 January, 2022 which will be presided over by Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar. Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur and Urban Development Minister Suresh Bhardwaj will also attend the State level function at the Ridge Shimla. The functions will also be organized at the district level to celebrate the Republic Day.
HP Vidhan Sabha Speaker Vipin Singh Parmar will preside over the district level function at Solan, Jal Shakti Minister Mahender Singh Thakur at Bilaspur, Social Justice and Empowerment Minister Sarveen Chaudhary at Kullu, Technical Education Minister Dr. Ram Lal Markanda at Keylong in district Lahaul-Spiti, Rural Development Minister Virender Kanwar at Chamba, Industries Minister Bikram Singh at Hamirpur, Education Minister Govind Singh Thakur at Una, Health and Family Welfare Minister Dr. Rajiv Saizal at Nahan in district Sirmaur, MPP and Power Minister Sukh Ram Chaudhary at Dharamshala in district Kangra, Forest Minister Rakesh Pathania at Reckong Peo in district Kinnaur, Food Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Minister Rajinder Garg at Mandi and HP Vidhan Sabha Deputy Speaker Dr. Hans Raj will accompany Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Minister and attend the district level Republic Day function at Chamba.
