SAS Nagar based Dr. Ashok Sharma becomes Mohali’s 5th Entrepreneur to be awarded Certificate of ‘ In Principal Approval under Punjab Right to Business Act-2020’

SAS Nagar, February 8:
Dr. Ashok Sharma owner of Balaji Pharmachem Pvt Ltd, was given here today the “Declaration of in Principal Approval” to set up his business. The approval has been awarded in a record time of 5 Working days of applying for it at ‘Business First Portal’.
Additional Deputy Commissioner, Mohali Mrs. Aashika Jain IAS handed over the Certificate to the Dr. Sharma for setting up a Standardized Herbal Extracts and Botanical Extracts unit in SAS Nagar Mohali District.
Highlighting the features of the Punjab Right to Business Act- 2020, the Additional Deputy Commissioner Mohali informed that under this Act, all the NOC’s related to setting up a new enterprise are granted within 15 days of submitting application on the ‘Business First Portal’.
She said the Department of Industries and Commerce has rolled out this extremely appreciable initiative to promote the business in the state. The Entrepreneurs should avail maximum benefit of this pro industry measure.
