Jakhar Applauds Citizen Engagement Initiative

Jakhar lauded this endeavor at a press conference held at the party headquarters today. He mentioned that people from diverse backgrounds will have the opportunity to suggest issues and policies to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the party. “We will consider incorporating these suggestions into the election manifesto under ‘Modi ki Guarantee’,” he emphasized. Moreover, he underscored the importance of covering all parliamentary constituencies. Additionally, he emphasized the need to integrate new ideas while carefully considering the nation’s available resources.

Responding to media inquiries, Jakhar expressed regret that the AAP and Congress have reduced the Vidhan Sabha to a mere “theatre”, tarnishing the dignity of the “temple of democracy”.

Political Shenanigans in Punjab

Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann displayed contempt for the house by bringing a lock to the Vidhan Sabha. Meanwhile, the Congress frequently stages walkouts, shirking its duty as an effective opposition to address relevant issues. Consequently, the party has earned a reputation as a “stage-out” party. Moreover, it prefers to walk out rather than engage in constructive debates. As a result, hindrances often impede critical discussions, thereby hampering progress and effective governance.

Mobile Feedback Initiative Launched

Rajan Kamra, State Incharge of Cells, informed the media that the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Sujhav Abhiyan  entails equipping vans with “suggestion boxes” to facilitate feedback. He stated that individuals can provide suggestions by giving a missed call to a designated number or by recording suggestions. Moreover, he mentioned that each van will be staffed by two party members, who will provide guidance.

At today’s press conference, State Party President Jakhar was accompanied by Former State President Mr. Shwait Malik, Former Speaker Charanjit Singh Atwal, State General Secretary parminder Singh Brar, State Vice President Mrs. Jasmine Sandhewalia, and State Media Incharge Vineet Joshi.
