Regional youth festivals to play a significant role to make the state again as Rangla Punjab – Aman Arora

- The Cabinet Minister appreciated the efforts being made by the Royal Group of Colleges for the promotion and dissemination of education

To fulfil the dream of the Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann to make the state again Rangla Punjab, the state government has organised youths festivals of regional games to promote the sports among youths across the state.

 

 

 

Minister of Housing and Urban Development, New and Renewable Energy and Information and Public Relations Punjab Mr. Aman Arora, during the launch of the Regional Youth and Folk Mela of Punjabi University Patiala at The Royal Group of College Bodawal, said that Punjab government led by Bhagwant Mann is taking various initiatives to safeguards its rich culture and heritage.

 

He said that the regional youth festivals are a part of the rich culture of Punjab, with which the young generation can take improve their skills.

 

 

 

He appreciated efforts of the management of the college for organising Regional Youth festivals by the Royal Group of Colleges till October 30 to promotion and dissemination of education.

 

Mr. Aman Arora said that while the Punjab government is trying to take the standard of education to higher heights, it is making all possible efforts to provide good and quality health facilities to the Punjabis.

 

He said that in order to reduce the inclination of the young generation of Punjab to go abroad, the state government is providing jobs to deserving candidates. He said that the rich heritage of Punjab, Bhangra, Gidha has a significant importance in the country and abroad, for which the young generation needs to preserve their rich heritage along with education.

 

Earlier, Cabinet Minister Mr. Aman Arora, who was the chief guest at at the inaugural function of the regional youth festival, was attended by the principal of the college, Kulwinder Singh Saran, AIG Mr. Rajinder Singh Sohal, Dr. Sarabjit Kaur Sohal and other college administrators were honored.

 

On this occasion SDM Mansa Mr. Harjinder Singh Jasal, Assistant Director Youth Services Mr. Raghveer Singh Mann, other officials and dignitaries were present.
