The battle with the akalis in punjab is long and well fought by all the congressmen. The victory has been special and the hardwork has been enormous to sweep out the akalis from punjab and bring back its old glory.
But the sad reality is that somewhere, the workers because of which we have seen the rise of congress in Punjab are left behind. In this regard we talked to Rana Baljeet Chahal, the chief spokesperson of Punjab Congress. He said, “I met Pargat Singh Ji today, the meeting was highly reflective and long. In an open hearted conversation, various issues and fall of congress in Halka Lambi Malout were discussed.”
He further added,”The main reason is the disappointment that has been faced by the grass root level workers. They feel neglected and miss the communication with the higher authorities. Bureaucrats’s arbitrary way of doing work is a great hindrance to the interest of general public.
Mr. Singh assured me that he will surely look into this matter and further told that if such kind of incidence happens in future, proper legal action will be taken against those misusing the power given by the government.”
The congress government in Punjab is the result of these workers only and if there is a conflict of interest with them, then winning 2022 polls can prove to be a gigantic task.
