IAS Vijoy kumar singh posted as Special Chief secretary to CM

An important change is that veteran bureaucrat IAS Vijoy Kumar Singh, who joined the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) in 1990, will become the Chief Secretary to the Punjab Chief Minister. Singh, whose deputation has ended, adds a plethora of experience and knowledge to the important administrative role.
