ਪੰਜਾਬ ਰਾਜ ਅਨੁਸੂਚਿਤ ਜਾਤੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਦਖਲ ਨਾਲ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਿਵਲ ਸਕੱਤਰੇਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਟੈਲੀਫੋਨ ਉਪਰੇਟਰ ਵਜੋਂ ਸੇਵਾ ਨਿਭਾ ਰਹੀ ਸ੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਲਖਵਿੰਦਰ ਕੌਰ ਨੂੰ ਬਤੌਰ ਟੈਲੀਫੋਨ ਸੁਪਰਵਾਈਜਰ ਵਜੋਂ ਤਰੱਕੀ ਮਿਲ ਗਈ ਹੈ।
ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਰਾਜ ਅਨੁਸੂਚਿਤ ਜਾਤੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗਿਆਨ ਚੰਦ ਦੀਵਾਲੀ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਸ੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਲਖਵਿੰਦਰ ਕੌਰ ਸਪੁੱਤਰੀ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਬਲਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਰਾਖਵੇਂ ਨੁਕਤੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵਲੋਂ ਬਣਦੀ ਪੱਦ ਉਨਤੀ ਨਾ ਦੇਣ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੂੰ ਅਰਜ਼ੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਸੀ । ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਪੜਤਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਇਹ ਗੱਲ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਈ ਕਿ ਸ੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਲਖਵਿੰਦਰ ਕੌਰ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਵਾਜਬ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੇ ਆਮ ਰਾਜ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਵਿਭਾਗ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਸ੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਲਖਵਿੰਦਰ ਕੌਰ ਨੂੰ ਬਣਦੀ ਪੱਦ ਉਨਤੀ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਹਦਾਇਤ ਕੀਤੀ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਆਮ ਰਾਜ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੇ ਸ੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਲਖਵਿੰਦਰ ਕੌਰ ਨੂੰ ਪੱਦ ਉਨਤੀ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ।.
Telephone operator gets promotion after SC Commission intervention
Chandigarh, January 4:
With the intervention of Punjab State Schedule Caste Commission, Telephone Operator Lakhwinder Kaur deputed in Punjab Civil Secretariat, got her due in promotion as Supervisor.
Disclosing this, Member of the Commission Mr. Gian Chand Diwali said that applicant Lakhwinder Kaur D/o Balbir Singh has conveyed to the commission that she hasn’t get her due promotion under reservation policy. He said that after deliberation and enquiry, the Commission has found the complaint as legitimate and directed to General Administration Department, Punjab to accord promotion to applicant. After this, the Department of General Administration has issued an order to grant promotion to applicant Lakhwinder Kaur.
