Sukhjinder  Randhawa terms as unfortunate AAP’s politicking on religious matters

Don’t belittle sacrifice of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji by limiting him to Punjab only: Randhawa

Congressmen don’t need certification from ‘B’ team of BJP for opposing the saffron party

‘Yesmen’ of Kejriwal must look into their own misdeeds before speaking about Congress

Raghav Chaddha needs to ask Kejriwal why AAP supremo withdrew case against majithia

Chandigarh, January 9:

Senior Congress leader and Cabinet Minister Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa today lashed out at Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and termed as unfortunate the politicking being indulged in by the latter over religious issues. The minister said that the unparalleled sacrifice of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji cannot be belittled by limiting Guru Sahib to Punjab alone. The sacrifice made by Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji at Delhi is a clear example of freely choosing one’s religion according to the voice of inner conscious.

The minister outrightly rejected the allegations leveled by AAP of his being hand in glove with the BJP because of disagreeing over the issue of SGPC not inviting Prime Minister for the 400th Prakash Purb of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji. “Politics must be kept separate from the matters concerning religion,” quipped S. Randhawa.

Further castigating AAP, Randhawa said that the ‘B’ team of the BJP has no moral right to dole out certificates to the Congressmen over opposition to the saffron party. He also added that the Congress party has always opposed the BJP in the political circles whereas the Aam Aadmi Party has always acted as the ‘B’ team of BJP. The AAP supremo Arvind Kejriwal even went so far as to contest the elections himself from Varanasi in 2014 parliamentary polls to ensure victory for Narendra Modi by dividing the votes of the opposition parties.

The Congress leaders also made it clear that his party has never been afraid of the legal cases asserting that the Congress has 125 years of history and fought for country’s freedom besides being in frontline to oppose terrorism too whereas Kejriwal is running his Government at the mercy of Modi and it is Kejriwal’s greed gir enjoying unbridled power that has not allowed him to open his mouth even once against BJP. The Delhi Government headed by Kejriwal also implemented the black farm laws by not wasting any time to issue notification, revealed S. Randhawa saying that on the other side, the Congress party took it upon itself to oppose the Narendra Modi led BJP Government in Punjab and Congress MPs are sitting on dharna at Jantar Mantar since 33 days. The Congress leader also brought to light the fact that seven years ago, the same Kejriwal used to attend Congress party dharnas against the BJP whereas now he has refrained from taking action against or opposing the BJP.

Lambasting AAP leader Raghav Chaddha, . Randhawa said that before pointing out fingers at Congress, the Aam Aadmi Party leadership should look into it’s own misdeeds. “Raghav Chaddha should pose a query to his boss Kejriwal as to why he withdrew the case against Bikram Singh Majithia and apologized to the SAD leader. The Aam Aadmi Party which speaks at every given chance against the Congress Party must clarify as to why it has ceased speaking against both the Shiromani Akali Dal and BJP and sheathed its sword. Is it because of any secret understanding or fear?”, asked S. Randhawa.
