Sports Minister Meet Hayer congratulates Shooter Anjum Moudgil
Chandigarh, July 22:
The Sports Minister Gurmeet Singh Meet Hayer has personally congratulated the shooter Anjum Moudgil for winning two Bronze medals in the World Cup. The Minister met Anjum at his residence in order to congratulate her on winning two medals and attaining number one ranking in the world. The shooter won Bronze medals in the 50 metres rifle 3 position Individual and Team events.
The Minister said that the Punjab Government led by the Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann is continuously striving to restore the pristine glory of the State in sporting arena and is contemplating changes in the sports policy to encourage players.
Lauding Anjum Moudgil, the Minister extended his Best Wishes to her especially for the 2024 Paris Olympics.
Among others, Principal Secretary Sports Raj Kamal Chaudhari and Director Sports Rajesh Dhiman were also present.
