Chandigarh, August 6 — Sakatar Singh Bal, the newly appointed President of the PCS Association, today met Punjab Cabinet Minister Harbhajan Singh ETO. Association’s General Secretary Ankur Mahindru was also present on the occasion. Members Tejdeep Saini, Sandeep Singh Garha, and Vice President Vyom Bhardwaj were there too.
