ਇਕ ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ ਨੂੰ ਕਣਕ ਦੀ ਖਰੀਦ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਵਾਲੇ ਦਿਨ ਤੋਂ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਫਸਲ ਦੀ ਅਦਾਇਗੀ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ

ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਾਲੀ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕਣਕ ਦਾ ਖਰੀਦ ਸੀਜ਼ਨ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਨਗਦ ਕਰਜ਼ਾ ਹੱਦ (ਸੀ.ਸੀ.ਐਲ.) ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਠੋਸ ਯਤਨਾਂ ਸਦਕਾ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਰਿਜ਼ਰਵ ਬੈਂਕ ਆਫ਼ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਹਾੜ੍ਹੀ ਮੰਡੀਕਰਨ ਸੀਜ਼ਨ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਚ ਕਣਕ ਖਰੀਦਣ ਲਈ ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ-2022 ਦੇ ਅੰਤ ਤੱਕ 24,773.11 ਰੁਪਏ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਨਗੀ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ।
ਇਸੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਸਿਰ ਸੀ.ਸੀ.ਐਲ. ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਹਾੜ੍ਹੀ ਸੀਜ਼ਨ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਕਣਕ ਦੀ ਨਿਰਵਿਘਨ ਖਰੀਦ ਨੂੰ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਸਕੇਗਾ।
ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਸੂਬਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇਸ ਸੀਜ਼ਨ ਲਈ 132 ਲੱਖ ਟਨ ਕਣਕ ਦੀ ਖਰੀਦ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਮੰਗੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ.ਸੀ.ਐਲ. ਦਾ ਵੱਡਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਬੈਂਕ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਖੁਰਾਕ ਤੇ ਸਿਵਲ ਸਪਲਾਈ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੂੰ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਕਿ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਪ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਾਨੀ ਅਤੇ ਦਿੱਕਤ ਤੋਂ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਇਕ-ਇਕ ਦਾਣਾ ਖਰੀਦਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਇਕ ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਣ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਕਣਕ ਦੀ ਖਰੀਦ ਦੇ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਹੀ ਦਿਨ ਤੋਂ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਫਸਲ ਦੀ ਅਦਾਇਗੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣਾ ਵੀ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇ।
ਦੱਸਣਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਹਾੜ੍ਹੀ ਮੰਡੀਕਰਨ ਸੀਜ਼ਨ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਕਣਕ ਦੀ ਖਰੀਦ ਇਕ ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ ਤੋਂ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋ ਕੇ 31 ਮਈ ਤੱਕ ਖਤਮ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਸਾਲ ਕਣਕ ਦੇ ਘੱਟੋ-ਘੱਟ ਸਮਰਥਨ ਮੁੱਲ ਵਿਚ ਬੀਤੇ ਸਾਲ ਨਾਲੋਂ 40 ਰੁਪਏ ਦਾ ਇਜ਼ਾਫਾ ਕਰਕੇ 2015 ਰੁਪਏ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਕੁਇੰਟਲ ਤੈਅ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਦਕਿ ਬੀਤੇ ਵਰ੍ਹੇ 1975 ਰੁਪਏ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਕੁਇੰਟਲ ਸੀ।

Chandigarh, March 28:
With the strenuous efforts of Aam Adami Party (AAP) government led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann for seeking Cash Credit Limit (CCL) from Centre before the commencement of wheat procurement season, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on Monday cleared a sum of Rs. 24,773.11 crore towards CCL upto end April-2022 for the procurement of Wheat in Punjab during the ensuing Rabi Marketing Season (RMS).
Meanwhile, Bhagwant Mann also expressed gratitude to the Centre for timely release of CCL, which would go a long way in ensuring seamless procurement of Wheat during the current marketing season.
With this, the bulk of the CCL sought by the state government for the purchase of 132 lakh tonnes of Wheat for this season has been released by the central bank.
Bhagwant Mann directed the Food & Civil Supplies department to ensure smooth and hassle free procurement of every single grain of the farmers besides making payment to them of their produce from the very first day of procurement i.e. April 1, 2022.
Notably, the procurement of wheat would begin from April 1 and culminate on May 31 during the current RMS. The Central government has fixed the Minimum Support Price (MSP) of wheat at Rs.2015 per quintal, hiking it by Rs.40 from last year’s Rs. 1975 per quintal.
