Ufa (Russia): Rajesh Bagha, former Chairman of the Punjab State Scheduled Castes Commission and Vice President of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Punjab, attended the Republic Day celebrations in Ufa, the capital of the Republic of Bashkortostan, as a guest of honor. His presence was at the special invitation of the Government of Bashkortostan.
Bagha, Chief Patron of the Pathway Global Alliance and National President (Indian Branch) of the British Ravidassia Heritage Foundation (United Kingdom), represented India’s growing engagement in international socio-cultural relations during the event.
