Punjab Government announces paid holiday for Voters of Sangrur Parliamentary Constituency on June 23

Chandigarh, June 20: To enable the employees who are the voters of Sangrur Parliamentary Constituency and are working in Factories, Shops and Commercial Establishments situated in the State of Punjab, to cast their vote on the day of poll i.e. 23-06-2022 (Thursday) it is considered in the public interest to declare 23-06-2022 (Thursday) as a paid holiday in the said area. An Official spokesperson of the Punjab Government disclosed this.
