Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh on Thursday condoled the sad demise of veteran Congress leader and former Chief Minister Himachal Pradesh Virbhadra Singh (87) who passed away at Indira Gandhi Medical College & Hospital, Shimla this morning after protracted illness.
