On directions of Chief Minister, Bram Shanker Jimpa gives appointment letters to 9 candidates

Punjab Government committed to provide employment avenues to youth of State : Bram Shanker Jimpa

Chandigarh, March 11:

          The Revenue, Rehabilitation, Water Supply and Sanitation Minister Bram Shanker Jimpa today gave appointment letters to the 9 candidates in the Water Supply and Sanitation Department for the posts of Clerk, Junior Technician and Helper (Technical) thus carrying forward the initiative of the Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann led State Government to ensure job opportunities for the youth of the State.

          On the occasion, the Minister said that the State Government is safeguarding the interests of the people belonging to all the sections of the society thus leading towards overall development of the State.

          He said that these candidates were to be given appointment letters during recently held event at Sangrur but due to some technical reasons that couldn’t be done. But now the formalities in this regard were completed and the Chief Minister directed that appointment letters to these candidates be given at the earliest hence in line with the directions today these candidates were handed over appointment letters.

          Exhorting the newly recruited youth to work with full diligence and dedication, the Minister said that in future many more important initiatives would also be undertaken. The candidates and their family members profusely thanked the State Government and the officers of the department.

          Those who got the appointment letters today included Sanpreet Singh, Sarbjit Singh and Cyril Garg for Clerk, Parvinder Singh, Lovejit Singh, Jatinder Singh, Charanjit Singh & Gautam for Junior Technician and Raj Kumar for Helper (Technical) post.
