Narinder Pal Verma appointed senior vice chairman in PUNSUP

Punjab Governor on Friday appointed former Patiala Congress councillor Narinder Pal Verma as a non-official Director on the Board of Directors of the Punjab State Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd (PUNSUP), Chandigarh, as Senior Vice Chairman.

Principal Secretary of Department of Food and Civil Supplies KAP Sinha issued the order of his appointment today. Verma is also president of Patiala District Chemists Association. He served as a local councillor in Patiala from 2002-07. His father Charan Dass Verma had also served as Congress councillor. He thanked Punjab CM Capt Amarinder Singh, MP Patiala Perneet Kaur and Advisor to CM BS Chahal for his appointment.
