Narendra Modi trying to prevent formation of AAP government by fielding Capt Amarinder Singh through a fourth party: Raghav Chadha
– Remote control of BJP, Akali Dal Badal, Congress and Captain’s party in hands of Modi
– To stop AAP government in 2017 too, BJP and Akali Dal Badal let their workers’ vote for Congress
– All four parties can’t change people’s decision to form AAP government for a prosperous Punjab
Chandigarh, October 20
Commenting on former Punjab Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh’s announcement to split from the Congress party and form his own new party, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) National Spokesperson, Punjab Affairs co-in-charge and MLA Raghav Chadha said, “Prime Minister Narendra Modi is making every effort to prevent the Aam Aadmi Party from forming a government in Punjab. While the three parties Bharatiya Janata Party, Akali Dal Badal and the Congress party are failing to stop the Aam Aadmi Party from forming a government in Punjab, the Prime Minister has fielded his beloved Capt Amarinder Singh through a fourth party; to prevent the formation of the AAP government.”
In a statement issued from the party headquarters here on Wednesday, Raghav Chadha said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi had fielded his three parties BJP, Akali Dal Badal and the Congress; so that the three parties could work together in the upcoming Punjab elections to prevent the formation of the AAP government, as Prime Minister Narendra Modi has remote control of these parties.
Raghav Chadha said, “When these three parties the BJP, Akali Dal Badal and the Congress got tired of working hard for the last 5-6 months and got down on their knees, Prime Minister Modi realized that even if these parties work together; they can’t prevent the Aam Aadmi Party to form government in the 2022 elections. Then, Modi now gave a green signal to Capt Amarinder Singh for forming a fourth party and the only agenda of these four parties is not to allow AAP to form a government in Punjab.”
Appealing to the people of Punjab, the AAP leader further said that even in 2017, the BJP and the Akali Dal Badal had given all the votes of their workers to the Congress party to stop formation of the AAP government. Chadha said this has been said many times by senior Akali Dal leader Naresh Gujral and the Congress leaders. He said that even today an attempt is being made to do so. When the three parties together could not stop the formation of the AAP government in Punjab, efforts are being made to stop it by forming a fourth party; but the people of Punjab want to make Punjab prosperous.
Raghav Chadha said, “Together, these four parties cannot change the will of the people of Punjab to vote for the Aam Aadmi Party and form the government to make Punjab prosperous.”
