ਪੰਜਾਬ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਨਵਜੋਤ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮੇਰੀ ਲੜਾਈ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਲਈ ਸੀ ਨਾ ਕਿ ਰੇਤ ਲਈ… ਜ਼ਮੀਨਾਂ, ਰੇਤ ਤੇ ਸ਼ਰਾਬ ਮਾਫੀਆ ਨੂੰ ਚਲਾਉਣ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦਾ ਖ਼ਜ਼ਾਨਾ ਲੁੱਟ ਕੇ ਸੁਆਰਥੀ ਹਿੱਤਾਂ ਲਈ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਉਜਾੜ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਵਿੱਤੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਜਾਂ ਤਾਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਮਾਫੀਆ! ਲੜਾਈ ਜਾਰੀ ਹੈ.
