The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government is organising a mega ‘Vikas Kranti Rally’ in Hoshiarpur on November 18th. Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann will inaugurate projects worth around 900 crores in Doaba on Saturday. AAP national convenor and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal will be the chief guest of this program of Punjab government.
Informing the media about the same on Friday, AAP Punjab chief spokesperson Malvinder Singh Kang said that to take Punjab forward on the new path of development AAP’s Punjab Government is bringing a development revolution. Kang was accompanied by party spokesperson Govinder Mittal He added that since day one Bhagwant Mann-led Punjab government is working for the welfare of every community and sector of Punjab. In this ‘Vikas Kranti Rally’ projects worth Rs 867.68 crores will be set in motion.
Kang said that the medical and health sector of Punjab is the top most priority of chief minister Bhagwant Mann. Health and Education are two main agendas of our party too. Arvind Kejriwal brought revolution in both sectors in Delhi and now our government is doing the same in Punja.
During the Ukraine crisis we saw how many of our children were studying medicine there and got struck in a war zone. CM Mann decided to make Punjab the medical hub of India. He added that the Mann government is doing exceptional and unprecedented work in the health sector. Around 700 mohalla clinics where lakhs of people get free and quality treatment, upgradation of government hospitals, new medical colleges in every district of Punjab etc. will help improve Punjab’s medical and health sector.
Kang said that tomorrow both the chief ministers will lay the foundation stone of a new government medical hospital in Hoshiarpur. He added that in the presence of thousands of people of Punjab, the AAP government is going to start many new projects and dedicate the completed projects to the public in 10 assembly constituencies of Doaba.
Kang said that along with this the hon’ble Chief Minister will also lay the foundation stone for an Army Training Institute. Two villages of Hoshiarpur will also get new sewerage and water sanitation projects. Kang informed that in 23 villages of Hoshiarpur, vacant Panchayat land will be turned into sports grounds. He said that rural development projects are given priority in our government.
Kang added that no section of Punjab is neglected in the Mann government, common people, youth and farmers are our top priority. The AAP government is constantly giving better and free facilities to the common people, and Punjab is progressing and developing at a new speed under the leadership of CM Bhagwant Mann.
Further applauding the Mann government Kang said that in AAP government canal water’s reach is ensured in all areas of Punjab, so that ground water can be saved. Our government significantly improved the irrigation system of Punjab and about 13,000 new small waterways are built. He said that in the AAP government Punjabis do not have to worry about electricity bills and the groundwater crisis.
Kang concluded that the Mann government is working very hard for Punjab and its people. Our government gave more than 37000 government jobs and that too without any kind of favourism. He added that development of Punjab will take a big boost through tomorrow’s ‘Vikas Kranti Rally’.
