This was no ordinary survey team but a group of the most experienced and active party workers handpicked by Sisodia himself. They brought insights from the public, party workers, district heads, and assembly constituencies to the party leadership.
Manish Sisodia’s Vision: Mission Beyond Elections
While releasing the new list of organizational leaders, Sisodia emphasized that this restructuring is not solely for upcoming elections. “We are not preparing for 2027; we are preparing for 2040. AAP is no longer just a political party; it’s a people’s movement,” he declared. He further clarified that every new appointee is now not just an office bearer but a “bridge between the public and the government.” Sisodia underlined that the party aims to make service the foundation of politics and strengthen the organization with a clear ideological perspective. He also added, “When a party wins elections, it forms a government. But when an ideology wins, it forms an organization. This transformation symbolizes the victory of that ideology.” Sisodia emphasized that AAP is not just contesting elections but preparing for the next 25 years of politics, with every worker moving forward with a mission.
Aman Arora Congratulates the Newly Appointed Team
AAP Punjab President Aman Arora extended his best wishes to the new team and urged all office bearers to engage with the public and dedicate themselves to public service. Aman Arora stated that every member of the organization should work on the ground in such a way that it develops a positive perception among the public toward the Aam Aadmi Party and the government.
Kejriwal’s Dream, Bhagwant Mann’s Resolution and Sisodia’s Strategy
This organizational restructuring is a major milestone. It will help realize the political vision of the party’s founder, Arvind Kejriwal. It also demonstrates the service-oriented commitment of Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann. The individuals appointed in the new structure are connected to ground struggles. They possess the intent and ability to understand public sentiments. They also work toward addressing them.
Views of Political Analysts
This transformation is viewed by political experts as a major change for AAP. It is considered the second turning point since the formation of its government in Punjab in 2022. Political analysts opine, “The way Manish Sisodia worked behind the scenes to build the team is uncommon. It is not a typical political move. He gathered feedback and then reorganized the organization with an ideological shift.” This is the most significant and historic preparation for long-term politics.”
For the Aam Aadmi Party, this organizational restructuring marks a new beginning, where politics will not be a pursuit of power but a medium of service. Manish Sisodia has given the organization a new direction. He has proven that politics is not just conducted through speeches. It is achieved by staying connected to the ground and being inspired by ideology. The Aam Aadmi Party is now ready to emerge in a new form. It has renewed energy, reaching every village. It aims to connect with every youth and every household in Punjab.
