HC ORDERS HAVE CLEARED WAY FOR BRINGING PANTH PERPETRATORS TO JUSTICE, SAYS KUSHALDEEP DHILLON

WELCOMES HC DECISION DIRECTING CBI TO HANDOVER SACRILEDGE CASE FILES TO PUNJAB POLICE

CHANDIGARH, JANUARY 5: Welcoming the Hon’ble Punjab and Haryana High Court’s decision to direct CBI to handover sacriledge case files to Punjab Police, Congress MLA from Faridkot, Kushaldeep Singh Dhillon said that these orders have cleared the way for throwing all Panth defaulters behind bars.

Terming the tragic incidents of 2015 sacriledge occurred during 2015 following theft of sacred Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji from Gurdwara in village Burj Jawahar Singh Wala in Faridkot as the most heinous crime, Dhillon said that grave hurt caused by these inhuman incidents which happened under the watch of Parkash Singh Badal have not only torn apart the sentiments of Sikh community alone but also of all those who believe in universal principles and teachings of Guru Granth Sahib Ji.

Each and every child of Punjab knows who are the perpetrators of this heinous crime and who gave them shelter, Kushaldeep Singh Dhillon said. Excess and God are enemies, he said referring to those who in their adding that some people blinded by their lust for power even dared to think they are beyond God and for their petty political interests committed crime against the Guru. These people have long tried to save themselves by manipulating CBI at the behest of their political masters, but the time has now come for them to pay for their misdeeds, he said.

Dhillon further noted that even after the directions of HC and Supreme Court in this regard after the resolution passed by Punjab Assembly under the leadership of Captain Amarinder Singh ji, the central agency had deliberately failed to comply. He also said that now CBI must hand over all case material to Punjab Police without any further delay.

Dhillon said that on receipt of these crucial case files, the special investigation team constituted by Captain Amarinder Singh ji’s would bring to justice as per law all those found involved in this crime.
