ਪੰਜਾਬ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਸੁਨੀਲ ਜਾਖੜ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਕੈਗ ਦੀ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੜੀ ਸਪਸ਼ਟਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਦਰਜ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਕੋਲ 31 ਮਾਰਚ 2023 ਨੂੰ ਐਸਡੀ ਆਰ ਐਫ ਦੇ 9041.74 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਪਏ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ਦਾ ਉਲੰਘਣ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਸੂਬਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਉਚਿਤ ਨਿਵੇਸ਼ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ
➖ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਵੀ ਸਾਲ 23 -24, 24-25 ਅਤੇ 25 -26 ਦੇ ਫੰਡ ਆਏ ਹਨ ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਾ ਕੇ ਕੁੱਲ ਰਕਮ 12 ਹਜਾਰ ਕਰੋੜ ਬਣਦੀ ਹੈ।
➖ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਹਾਜ਼ਰੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੱਬੀ ਜੁਬਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰੈਸ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਇਹ ਸਵੀਕਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ ਤੇ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਵੀ ਇਹ ਮੰਨ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹਨ।
➖ਹੁਣ ਬਿਹਤਰ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਕਿ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਗੁੰਮਰਾਹ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਰਾਜ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਮਾਫੀ ਮੰਗ ਲਵੋ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਰਕਮ ਦਾ ਢੁਕਵਾਂ ਇਸਤੇਮਾਲ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰਾਹਤ ਦੇਣ ਤੇ ਕਰੋ।
Punjab BJP President sunil jakhar said that
Funds from the State Disaster Response Fund (SDRF) are lying unused with Bhagwant Mann government .
➖According to this CAG report, it is clearly stated that as of March 31, 2023, Punjab had ₹9,041.74 crore in SDRF funds, and the state government violated central government rules by not investing these funds appropriately.
➖ In addition to this, funds for the years 2023–24, 2024–25, and 2025–26 have also been received, bringing the total amount to ₹12,000 crore.
➖ Mann Sahib, your Chief Secretary, in your presence, subtly acknowledged this during a press conference yesterday, and your ministers have also admitted it.
➖It would be better if you apologized to the people of Punjab for misleading them and ensured the proper utilization of these funds to provide relief to the public.
