Famous TV star Surinder Farishta (Ghulle Shah) joins Aam Aadmi Party

Rajinder Singh, close associate of Mahinder Singh KP and social activist Jaswinder Singh Master join AAP

Impressed by the pro-people policies of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), various sections of the people of Punjab are joining the party. The convoy of AAP is growing day by day due to the work being done by the party for the people. The actions taken by Arvind Kejriwal led-Aam Aadmi Party government in Delhi have also affected the people of Punjab. Going on with the same, AAP got a major boost on Thursday when famous TV actor Surinder Farishta (Ghulle Shah), Rajinder Singh, a close associate of Mahinder Singh KP and social activist Jaswinder Singh Master joined the Aam Aadmi Party.

In the presence of Leader of Opposition (LoP), Punjab Vidhan Sabha, Harpal Singh Cheema and State General Secretary Harchand Singh Barsat, Surinder Farishta (Ghulle Shah), Rajinder Singh and Jaswinder Singh Master joined the party. The dignitaries present on the occasion said that the Congress and SAD-BJP leaders who had been in power in Punjab, alternately, had made their fortune only through corruption and had done nothing for the progress of Punjab. They said that people of Punjab had high expectations from Aam Aadmi Party.

Surinder Farishta (Ghulle Shah) is a famous TV artist who has acted in many programs besides the popular TV programs Jhil-Mil Taare, Raunak Mela, Lishkara, to name a few, among others. He has also acted in Punjabi films and is currently running an acting academy.

Jaswinder Singh Master is a prominent social activist. He had retired from the post of teacher in the education department. He was the president of Rangreta Dal Youth Wing Punjab before joining the government service. Rajinder Singh had been active in politics for the last 23 years. He is close to Congress leader Mahinder Singh KP. Earlier, he was close to Sewa Singh Sekhwan and was the general secretary of the BJP’s youth wing in Kapurthala from 1998 to 2002. He had been the president of Social Service and Anti-Corruption Organization, Amritsar since 2013.
