ਪੰਜਵੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਾਲਾਨਾ ਬੋਰਡ ਦੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆਵਾਂ 16 ਮਾਰਚ ਤੋਂ, 8ਵੀਂ ਅਤੇ 12ਵੀਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਾਲਾਨਾ ਬੋਰਡ ਦੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆਵਾਂ 22 ਮਾਰਚ ਤੋਂ ਅਤੇ ਦਸਵੀਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਾਲਾਨਾ ਬੋਰਡ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆਵਾਂ 9 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ ਤੋਂ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਣੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਨਾਨ ਬੋਰਡ ਜਮਾਤਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਛੇਵੀਂ, ਸੱਤਵੀਂ, ਨੌਵੀਂ ਅਤੇ ਗਿਆਰਵੀਂ ਦੇ ਪੇਪਰ 15 ਮਾਰਚ ਤੋਂ, ਅਤੇ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਤੋਂ ਚੌਥੀ ਜਮਾਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ 17 ਮਾਰਚ ਤੋਂ ਸ਼ਰੂ ਹੋਣ ਜਾ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ।

ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਵਿਜੈ ਇੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਗਲਾ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਾਲਾਨਾ ਇਮਤਿਹਾਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਤਿਆਰੀ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰੀ-ਪ੍ਰਾਇਮਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਰ੍ਹਵੀਂ ਜਮਾਤਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੜ੍ਹਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ 13 ਮਾਰਚ ਤੋਂ ਛੁੱਟੀਆਂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸਮੇਂ-ਸਮੇਂ ‘ਤੇ ਕੋਵਿਡ ਦੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਰਿਵਿਊ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਮੁੱਖ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨਗੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਈ ਮੀਟਿੰਗਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਵਿਡ-19 ਦੇ ਫੈਲਾਅ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਕਣ ਬਾਰੇ ਮਿਲੇ ਸੁਝਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਮੱਦੇਨਜ਼ਰ ਛੁੱਟੀਆਂ ਸੰਬੰਧੀ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ।
ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਰਹਿਣਗੇ। ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਜਮਾਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਇਮਤਿਹਾਨ ਕੋਵਿਡ-19 ਸਬੰਧੀ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਸਮੇਂ ‘ਤੇ ਜਾਰੀ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਧਿਆਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੱਖਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ ਰਾਜ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਖੋਜ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਖਲਾਈ ਪ੍ਰੀਸ਼ਦ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਆਫਲਾਈਨ ਲਏ ਜਾਣਗੇ ਪਰ ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਦਾ ਧਿਆਨ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਕਿ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਿਆਦਾ ਭੀੜ ਨਾ ਹੋਵੇ। ਜਿੱਥੇ ਕਿਤੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਜਾਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਕੋਰੋਨਾ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਿਤ ਪਾਏ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਤਾਂ ਸਬੰਧਿਤ ਸਕੂਲ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸਿਹਤ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੋਵਿਡ-19 ਸਬੰਧੀ ਸਮੇਂ-ਸਮੇਂ ‘ਤੇ ਜਾਰੀ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ।
ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਸਿੰਗਲਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਮੇਂ-ਸਮੇਂ ‘ਤੇ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਪੱਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਰਜ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ/ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੋਵਿਡ-19 ਸਬੰਧੀ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਪਾਲਣ ਕਰਨਾ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇ।
ਜਿਕਰਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਵੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਾਲਾਨਾ ਬੋਰਡ ਦੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆਵਾਂ 16 ਮਾਰਚ ਤੋਂ, 8ਵੀਂ ਅਤੇ 12ਵੀਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਾਲਾਨਾ ਬੋਰਡ ਦੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆਵਾਂ 22 ਮਾਰਚ ਤੋਂ ਅਤੇ ਦਸਵੀਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਾਲਾਨਾ ਬੋਰਡ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆਵਾਂ 9 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ ਤੋਂ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਣੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਨਾਨ ਬੋਰਡ ਜਮਾਤਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਛੇਵੀਂ, ਸੱਤਵੀਂ, ਨੌਵੀਂ ਅਤੇ ਗਿਆਰਵੀਂ ਦੇ ਪੇਪਰ 15 ਮਾਰਚ ਤੋਂ, ਅਤੇ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਤੋਂ ਚੌਥੀ ਜਮਾਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ 17 ਮਾਰਚ ਤੋਂ ਸ਼ਰੂ ਹੋਣ ਜਾ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ।
Preparatory Leaves for all classes in Punjab Schools: Vijay Inder Singla
Exams to be held as per set schedule: School education minister
Chandigarh/Mohali, March 12:
The Department of School Education, Punjab, keeping in view the present surge in COVID-19, has declared preparatory leaves for all classes in government, government aided and private schools, said the School Education Minister, Vijay Inder Singla.
However, the teachers will continue to remain present in the schools. The students, who want to have any guidance from their teachers regarding exam preparation can come to school, added the Minister.
The final examination in schools would be conducted offline while adhering to the COVID-19 guidelines strictly. The school have been directed that there should be no crowd in schools during examinations. The detailed directions for conducting examinations while ensuring compliance of COVID-19 guidelines would be issued by the SCERT. The schools, where students and teachers are positive, would have to follow the guidelines issued by the health department. Moreover, the ditrections to follow the instructions issued from time to time by the centre as well as state government has also been issued, added the minister.
It is pertinent to mention that Punjab School Education Board has already released the schedule of board examinations.
As per the dates announced by PSEB, the examinations for class V would start from March 16, for VIII and XII from March 22 and matriculation exams will start from April 9.
The examinations of non-board classes including VI, VII, IX and XI will start from March 15 and for classes I to IV, the examinations will start from March 17.
