The Chief Minister, addressing the Jain Bhagwati Diksha Mahotsav with Punjab Governor Gulab Chand Kataria, reaffirmed his duty to protect residents’ interests. He called Punjab a sacred land where diverse communities live in harmony and said he is fully committed to serving the state.
He compared societal harmony to a garden of flowers, emphasizing that peaceful coexistence among religions drives progress. Bhagwant Singh Mann assured that his government is taking every step to uphold communal harmony and unity.

The Chief Minister highlighted that religion promotes simple living, high thinking, and non-violence, thereby guiding humanity toward spirituality and salvation. Furthermore, he emphasized that universal brotherhood, communal harmony, and peace remain vital in today’s materialistic world.
In addition, he stressed the importance of occasions honoring Gurus, Saints, and Seers, noting that they help connect generations with values that unite humanity and foster harmony.
