ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਚਰਨਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਚੰਨੀ ਅਪਣੇ ਜੱਦੀ ਪਿੰਡ ਭਜੋਲੀ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਤਾਜੀਆਂ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਯਾਦਾਂ

ਅੱਜ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਚਰਨਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਚੰਨੀ ਅਪਣੇ ਜੱਦੀ ਪਿੰਡ ਭਜੋਲੀ ਗਏ। ਜਿੱਥੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਅਸਥਾਨਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਮੱਥਾ ਟੇਕਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲੇ। ਪੁਰਾਣੇ ਘਰ, ਸਕੂਲ ਅਤੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਦੀਆਂ ਯਾਦਾਂ ਤਾਜ਼ਾ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਪਿੰਡ ਦੇ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਲਈ 1 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਗ੍ਰਾਂਟ ਦੇਣ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ।ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਪਿੰਡ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਪਿਆਰ ਅਤੇ ਆਦਰ-ਮਾਣ ਦਾ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਰਿਣੀ ਰਹਿਣਗੇ ਜਿਸ ਸਦਕਾ ਉਹ ਇਸ ਮੁਕਾਮ ‘ਤੇ ਪਹੁੰਚੇ ਹਨ।

Today Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi visited his native village Bhajauli and paid obeisance at religious places. Cherished his childhood memories in old houses and streets, spent quality time with residents and also announced a grant of Rs 1 crore for the holistic development of the village. He said that he will ever remain indebted to this land.
