Aam Aadmi Party strongly condemned the blast in Ludhiana Court Complex and questioned the Congress government of Punjab about the declining Law and order situation in the state. AAP Punjab President and Member of Parliament Bhagwant Mann castigated the incident through a video released from the party headquarters and said, “Such incidents seem to be part of a deep conspiracy, to break our communal peace. There should be an investigation to catch mastermind behind these attempts of sacrilege and blast.” He expressed his condolences to the families of deceased and wished a speedy recovery to the injured. He also urged the people of Punjab to maintain communal spirit and harmony.
AAP National Convener and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal expressed his condolences to the families of deceased and said in a tweet, “First sacrilege, now blast. Some people want to disturb the peace in Punjab. 3 crore people of Punjab will not allow their plans to succeed. We have to hold each other’s hands.” Reacting to same Raghav Chadha, co-in-charge Punjab affairs, questioned the law and order situation in Punjab. He said, “Incidents of sacrilege and now a bomb blast indicates to a deep rooted conspiracy to disturb poll bound Punjab. Also complete failure of state’s law & order under CM Channi. Praying for peace & harmony of Punjab.” He said that Punjab is peace loving state but Channi government is an incompetent government which first failed to insure the justice in the issues of sacrilege and now new incidents are hitting state to disturb the atmosphere here.
AAP leader and MLA Aman Arora said that such incidents are unfortunate and situation is turning out to be same as five years ago. He said that the government has a responsibility to protect lives and property of the people but, Congress government is completely failing at it.
