Chandigarh/Gujarat, March 15 : The Aam Aadmi Party on Friday launched the “Kejriwal in Gujarat too” campaign for the Lok Sabha elections in Gujarat. ”
AAP’s national convenor and Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, along with Punjab CM Bhagwat Mann, launched the campaign in Vadodara. Senior party leaders like AAP’s Bharuch candidate Chaitra Vasava and Bhav Nagar candidate Umesh Bhai also attended.
Addressing the crowd, Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann highlighted Gujarat’s role in AAP’s national growth. He noted that in the last assembly elections, AAP secured 14% of the votes, resulting in five MLA wins.
In the history of Indian politics, Gujarat will inscribe its name in golden letters.
Bhagwant Mann said that under the leadership of Arvind Kejriwal, we are fighting to bring the freedom of dreams of Bhagat Singh and Bhimrao Ambedkar to the common people. The governments of Delhi and Punjab are examples of this. Moreover, the Aam Aadmi Party government in both states is striving to fulfill the dreams of Bhagat Singh and Ambedkar.
“Appealing to Gujarat, he urges support for AAP candidates. BJP hinders our work in Delhi and Punjab. With 25-30 AAP MPs, we’ll be an unstoppable force in Parliament.”
BJP murdered democracy in Chandigarh
Attacking BJP, Mann said that BJP murdered democracy in Chandigarh Mayor elections. You must have seen how the presiding officer of BJP tampered with the ballot papers in front of the camera. He canceled our 8 votes and forcefully made their mayor. Subsequently, the Supreme Court delivered a historic verdict, appointing the Aam Aadmi Party mayor of Chandigarh.

“In his address to the press, Arvind Kejriwal emphasized that the nation stands united with the INDIA alliance. Furthermore, he highlighted Gujarat’s readiness to vote against BJP’s corruption and misgovernance this time. Notably, despite Gujarat delivering all 26 seats to BJP in 2014 and 2019, their MPs failed to address critical issues like paper leaks and toxic liquor in Parliament. On the other hand, Aam Aadmi Party candidates, if elected as MPs, promise to be the voice of the people.”
Kejriwal said, “My heart says that one day the Aam Aadmi Party government will be formed at the center and we will free the country from the BJP.”
