Aam Aadmi Party holds big protest against BJP and ED
Chandigarh, March 22, 2024: Aam Aadmi Party Chandigarh today held a major protest in Sector 50, here against the ED in view of the arrest of Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) National Convenor Arvind Kejriwal. Meanwhile, Chandigarh Police used water cannons on the protesters and also lathi charged, due to which many AAP leaders and volunteers were injured. After this, AAP leaders including councilors and volunteers were locked in the police stations of Sector 26 and Sector 39.
The protest was led by Dr. SS Ahluwalia, Chairman Punjab Water Supply and Sewerage Board and co-in-charge of AAP Chandigarh. Chandigarh Mayor Kuldeep Kumar, Councilor Prem Lata, Jasvir Singh Ladi, Manowar, Jaswinder Kaur, Anju Katyal, Ram Chandra Yadav, Damanpreet Singh, Yogesh Dhingra, Neha Musawat, Poonam Kumari and AAP leader Abha Bansal and hundreds of other leaders and supporters participated in the protest raising slogans against the Prime Minister Narendra Modi and ED.
On this occasion, Chandigarh Mayor Kuldeep Kumar said that BJP is misusing all the agencies of the country and arresting the leaders of opposition parties in false cases. Arvind Kejriwal has been arrested by ED yesterday in a false case, all this has been done as part of a conspiracy by BJP. Because now Lok Sabha elections are going to be held in the country, the campaign for which was to be started by Arvind Kejriwal. That is why this has been done to stop them. He said that now the pot of BJP’s sins is full in the country, which the people of the country will break in the Lok Sabha elections and oust Modi from power.
Speaking on this occasion, Dr. SS Ahluwalia, Chairman Punjab Water Supply and Sewerage Board and co-in-charge of AAP Chandigarh, said that the way Shri Arvind Kejriwal was arrested by ED yesterday at the behest of BJP, this day will be black day in the country. He said that Arvind Kejriwal has been implicated in a false case on behest of the BJP, so that his voice, which is becoming the voice of the entire country, can be suppressed.
He further said that BJP can get Arvind Kejriwal arrested by ED but cannot arrest Arvind Kejriwal’s thinking. His thinking has been adopted by crores of countrymen, due to which the country is moving towards a big change. He said that the way dictatorship is being carried out by Prime Minister Narendra Modi by using agencies, it is very dangerous for the entire country.
He said that the data of donations given by SBI to political parties recently released by the Supreme Court has revealed the entire truth of BJP. How BJP gets ED, Income Tax Department, CBI and other agencies raiding big companies and after a few days those companies donate thousands of crores to BJP. After this, no further action is taken against those companies, from this it has become clear to everything that BJP is running the business of extortion in the country through agencies. An atmosphere of fear is being created by BJP in the entire country. For this, the people of the country will never forgive BJP and will oust BJP from power in the coming Lok Sabha elections.
