18 Supervisors Promoted to CDPOs in Social Security Department

Chandigarh, February 15 :  Under the unwavering leadership of Chief Minister S. Bhagwant Singh Mann, the Punjab government maintains its resolute commitment to ensuring timely promotions for its dedicated employees. In a recent development, the Social Security, Women, and Child Development Department announced the promotion of 18 supervisors to the esteemed position of Child Development Project Officers, marking a significant stride in the department’s personnel management.

Sharing this pivotal information, Social Security, Women, and Child Development Minister Dr. Baljit Kaur underscored the government’s unwavering dedication to meeting the demands for employee promotions. She highlighted the ongoing nature of the promotion process within the department, a testament to its proactive approach in nurturing talent and recognizing merit. As a result, 18 supervisors have been elevated to the pivotal role of Child Development Project Officers (CDPOs), signifying a momentous occasion for the department and its workforce.

It is noteworthy to mention that among the 18 recently appointed Child Development Project Officers, four originate from the scheduled castes, while one represents the divyang category.
