Chandigarh, February 2 – Haryana Transport Minister, Anil Vij, said that India is renowned for its ancient and rich Sanatan culture. He emphasized that the country’s sacred religious rituals and Sanatan traditions have been the foundation of India, forming the very identity of Indian culture. He further said that the teachings of sages and saints have always guided society in the right direction, and religious rituals help overcome the obstacles of life.
Vij was speaking as the chief guest on the concluding day of the three-day Hanuman Katha, organized at Param Siddha Peeth Sankat Mochan Dham near Mata Darwaza in Rohtak city on Sunday.
He said that Basant Panchami is a day of enthusiasm and passion, a day filled with music and knowledge. It is a day for swinging, dancing, singing, and laughter- bringing joy to others as well. He highlighted that this day brings positive changes, both in nature and in people. He explained that after the harsh winter, the weather becomes pleasant and takes a refreshing turn. The once-withered flowers begin to bloom, symbolizing the prosperity to come.
Transport Minister Anil Vij further said that God has blessed the earth with a paradise of various seasons, fruits, flowers, and many other precious gifts. He said that on Basant Panchami, we worship Goddess Saraswati. He explained that as the harsh cold fades away, a new energy awakens within us, accelerating our efforts and symbolizing prosperity in every way. Speaking about the Amrit Varsha being shared through bhajans, he emphasized that it sends a powerful message to walk in the right direction. He said that maintaining a pure body and soul is the fundamental mantra of our life.

Responding to a question asked by the media persons during the program, Sh Vij praised the Union Budget presented by Union Finance Minister Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman, calling it excellent. He said that the reduction in taxes on household items will help lower household expenses, providing significant relief to the common man.
He further highlighted that the budget has addressed the needs of the common people, including an increase in the Kisan Credit Card limit from three lakh to five lakh rupees, which will contribute to the prosperity of farmers. Sh Vij also mentioned that individuals with a monthly income of one lakh rupees, including those with additional work besides being employed, have been exempted from taxes, offering them substantial relief.
Sh Anil Vij said that the fleet of Haryana Roadways is being increased for the convenience of the citizens. The government will provide pure and healthy food to the passengers at the bus stands through tourism, for this some bus stands of the state have been taken as a pilot project. He said that the Haryana Roadways will be made number one, on which work is being done with full seriousness. The location of the buses will also be known through the tracking system, which will be a great convenience for the citizens.

Chandigarh, February 02- Haryana Energy Minister, Anil Vij conducted a surprise inspection at Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam’s grievance redressal cell in Rohtak today. He also reviewed the process of resolving consumer complaints and directed officers to ensure that all complaints are addressed within the stipulated time.
During his visit to Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited’s (UHBVNL) grievance redressal cell in Rohtak, Energy Minister, Sh. Anil Vij spoke directly with consumers on phone in the presence of officers to check whether their complaints had been resolved. When he found that a complaint had remained unresolved even after 24 hours, he directed the Superintending Engineer (SE) to investigate and take action against the concerned staff.
Vij further directed the SE to review all complaints that had not been resolved within four hours. He directed that an explanation be taken from the concerned staff and a report be submitted to him. Besides this, he directed officers to ensure that electricity poles are not placed in drains, sewers, or roads. If any poles are found in such locations, they must be immediately relocated to appropriate places to avoid inconvenience to consumers.

She stated that only through education can one achieve any position and that the progress of both the country and society is possible through it. Highlighting India’s youthful population, she said that the world recognizes India’s strength. Under the strong leadership of Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi, the whole world looks towards India. This, she said, presents a golden opportunity for India’s youth, urging them to pursue quality education.
Shruti Choudhry was addressing the annual function and prize distribution ceremony as the chief guest, at the Vaishya Model Senior Secondary School in Bhiwani today.
She highlighted that India is an emerging global power and is set to become the third-largest power in the world in the near future. She also emphasized that there is no shortage of talent among India’s youth.
She encouraged the students to work hard, stating that today; all doors are open for the hardworking youth. They have opportunities in various fields, including business, industry, politics, and employment. She also honored the legacy of the late Chaudhary Bansi Lal, calling him a source of inspiration not only for them but for the entire state. She acknowledged the deep affection the late Chaudhary Bansi Lal and Chaudhary Surendra Singh had for the people of Bhiwani. Smt Shruti Choudhry further stated, “I am your daughter, and it is my moral duty to ensure better facilities for the people of Bhiwani.”
