Annual GPF Account Statements uploaded on website
A spokesperson of the Accountant General, Himachal Pradesh informed here today that Annual GPF Account Statements for the Financial Year 2022-23 of H.P. Government employees have been uploaded on the H.P. State Government website www.himkosh.nic.in for the respective Drawing and Disbursing Officers (DDO) in the State for distribution amongst the subscribers working under them.
He requested the DDOs to follow the procedure for downloading the GPF statement in bulk by opening the H.P. Government Website then Click on Himkosh Link, and then on GPF Statement, which opens the page of Website of the Principal Accountant General. Thereafter by clicking on the information for DDOs link, one has to fill in the Column Treasury Code, DDOs Code and Password. Thereafter click on login and then on the link Download Employees Annual GPF Statement. He requested the DDOs to change this password for security purposes at their own level. This facility is also available on the same page. If any DDO didn’t get the password, they can communicate on telephone number 0177- 2600279 (VLC), he added.
The spokesperson said that subscribers should obtain their Annual GPF Account Statements from the respective Drawing and Disbursing Officers and examine it thoroughly for their satisfaction. They should confirm that the balances shown therein are correct; in case of any discrepancy they can point it out to the office of the Principal Accountant General (A&E) Himachal Pradesh, Shimla online in Complaints/Suggestion box or through E-mail at agaehimachalpradesh@cag.gov.in or by making correspondence.
He said that full particulars of any missing credits/debits to be sent to the Principal Accountant General (A&E), Himachal Pradesh, Shimla duly certified by their Drawing and Disbursing Officers within three months from the date of receipt of Annual GPF Statements. The subscribers can also see their Annual GPF Statements on our website at www.aghp.cag.gov.in, he added. DDOs are requested to approve the withdrawal by any employee during the year 2023-24 on the basis of this statement, he said.
