कुछ दिनों में खेतों में हो रही अचानक आगजनी की घटनाओं से फसलों व पशुओं को हुए नुकसान को लेकर प्रदेश सरकार ने गंभीरता दिखाते हुए किसानों को मुआवजे देने का निर्णय लिया है।
Chandigarh, February 8 – Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Nayab Singh Saini said that after 2014, the double-engine government of the Center and Haryana has been working. They function under the able leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to ensure holistic development without any discrimination. Inspired by Shaheed Hasan Khan Mewati, the government has been implementing several development projects in Mewat.
A railway project will be executed in the region to directly connect Mewat with Delhi and Alwar via rail. Budgetary provisions have been made for this project. The construction of the railway line will facilitate smooth transportation for the people of Mewat. It will also open new avenues for employment opportunities for the youth. The Chief Minister addressed representatives of the All India Mewati Panchayat at his residence. This took place at Sant Kabir Kutir on Saturday.
The representatives expressed their gratitude by honouring Sh. Nayab Singh Saini with a traditional turban for approving the railway project in Mewat.
The Chief Minister stated that the Pradhan Mantri Jan Vikas Karyakram (PMJVK) identified 115 backward districts across the country. Nuh is the first to be designated as an aspirational district by Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi. The Prime Minister himself will oversee initiatives related to health, nutrition, education, agriculture, and skill development in this district. He will also monitor these initiatives, shared Sh. Nayab Singh Saini.
Investment & Industrial Development in Mewat
Nayab Singh Saini said, “We will establish an LTL battery industry on 178 acres of land in Mewat, attracting an investment of Rs. 7,197 crore. The government has decided to set up an Integrated Manufacturing Township (IMT) in Mewat to further promote industries and create new employment opportunities.” The pro-investment policies of the present state government have increased investor interest in Mewat, leading to the establishment of new industries in the region, said the Chief Minister.
He said that the government has declared Mewat Lal Dora-free under the SVAMITVA Yojana, identifying 1,25,158 properties across 396 villages and granting ownership rights to 99 percent of beneficiaries.This has enabled the residents to avail benefits from various government welfare schemes, said the Chief Minister.
Mewat : Authorities will strengthen infrastructure and water supply.
The Chief Minister said that the government has installed new equipment worth Rs. 50 crore to enhance the drinking water supply in Mewat. Additionally, officials have constructed rainywells costing Rs. 9.42 crore in Jamalgarh and Sunhera village to resolve water supply issues for local residents.

The Chief Minister stated that the present state government is committed to improving education in Mewat. The government has built a government school. Furthermore, the Mewat Development Agency provides a monthly stipend of Rs. 1,000 to girls enrolled in Nuh’s government ITI to encourage technical education and skill development, said Sh. Nayab Singh Saini.
Authorities will upgrade healthcare facilities.
The Chief Minister announced that the government has implemented a Rs. 36 crore project at Shaheed Hasan Khan Mewati Medical College to provide quality healthcare services.The project includes the construction of four operation theaters, an auditorium, two hostels, and boundary walls. Besides this, the government has established a health training center in Nagina and upgraded Tauru’s PHC to CHC status. It has also established an ANM College in Punhana, reserving fifty percent of its seats for girls from the Mewat region, shared Sh. Nayab Singh Saini.
Meanwhile, reiterating the vision of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, and Sabka Prayas, Sh. Nayab Singh Saini said that 25,000 youth have been provided jobs on merit basis, including a significant number from Mewat. The President of All India Mewati Panchayat and former MLA Zakir Hussain organized the programme.Former Minister Azad Mohammad and others were present at the event.
