On the birth anniversary of Sh Guru Nanak Dev Ji, Chief Minister Nayab Singh launches the Vivadon Se Samadhan Scheme (VSSS-2024)

 

Under the scheme, enhancement related issues of plot holders will be resolved

 

The scheme will be effective for the next six months starting November 15

 

More than 7,000 plot holders will get a big relief amounting to about Rs 550 crore

Chandigarh, November 15 – On the auspicious occasion of the birth anniversary of Sh Guru Nanak Dev Ji, Haryana Chief Minister  Nayab Singh launched the Vivadon Se Samadhan Scheme (VSSS-2024) aimed at resolving enhancement related disputes of the plot holders of Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP), here on Friday.  The primary objective of this scheme is to provide a one-time resolution for enhancement issues. This scheme will be effective for the next six months starting from November 15, 2024.

Interacting with the media persons, the Chief Minister said that VSSS-2024, will resolve all pending enhancement cases of plot holders. He said that over 7,000 plot holders would benefit from the scheme, with a total relief amounting to approximately Rs 550 crore.

He said that the government has previously run similar schemes to resolve disputes, which have benefited more than 50,000 people. He further said that the VSSS-2024 scheme is a golden opportunity for all those plot holders, who could not avail the benefits of the previous schemes due to various reasons.

He said that all the necessary procedures have been completed by the HSVP to effectively implement VSSS-2024. Advertisements have been published in newspapers and aired on radio to ensure widespread public awareness of the scheme. Additionally, information is being disseminated through emails and text messages.

The Chief Minister has appealed to the plot holders to take maximum advantage of this scheme. From today onwards, plot holders can easily access the recalculated enhancement value by logging into their HSVP accounts online. For more information or assistance, the concerned Estate Office can also be contacted, he said.

MLAs namely  Ram Kumar Gautam,  Randhir Panihar,  Vinod Bhayana and  Devendra Kadian were also present on the occasion.
