Covid-19 Has Highlighted The Importance Of Health Care Services Throughout The World : Anurag Agarwal

  • Chandigarh, January 23: Covid-19 has highlighted the importance of health care services throughout the World.  Managing Director, HSIIDC,  Anurag Agarwal, said that even after the introduction of vaccine, Covid-19 is a crisis that the whole world is still grappling with and HSIIDC is playing a constructive role in expanding health care services in Haryana.
  • Agarwal said that HSIIDC has invited applications for allotment of land measuring 1 acre -3 acres for setting up multi specialty hospitals in IMT Faridabad, IMT Rohtak and Industrial Estate Barwala (Panchkula). He further said that hospitals are already running on land allotted by HSIIDC in IMT Manesar (Gurugram) by Medeor and ESI and Paras Hospital in Panchkula. These hospitals have capacity of 100 to 250 beds with daily OPD upto 400 persons. Separate beds have also been reserved for Covid-19 patients in these hospitals. HSIIDC has also allotted land to Park Hospital, Panacea and Metro Hospital in IMT Rohtak for setting up their hospitals.
  • . Anurag Agarwal further added that hospital sites now being offered are strategically located near to the Cities and have well developed infrastructure and very good potential. The site in Barwala (Panchkula) can cater to patients from Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Chandigarh and Western Uttar Pradesh and is 10 minutes drive from Panchkula.  The reserve price of these sites has been fixed keeping affordability in mind.
