CM Nayab Saini paid Tributes, Reads Obituary Resolutions

Chandigarh, November 13– On the first of the Haryana Vidhan Sabha session which commenced here today, obituary resolutions were passed to pay rich tributes to those prominent personalities who have expired between the period from the end of the previous session and the beginning of this session.

Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, who also serves as the Leader of the House, solemnly paid tributes and subsequently read out the obituary resolutions. These include Sh. Jaswant Singh, former Minister of Haryana, Sh. Bhagi Ram, former Minister of State, Sh. Hari Singh Saini, former Minister of State, Sh. Randhir Singh, Sh. Naresh Yadav, Sh. Subhash Chaudhary, and Sh. Rakesh Daultabad, former Members of Haryana Legislative Assembly.

Speaker also read the obituary resolutions

Vidhan Sabha Speaker, Sh. Harvinder Kalyan, also read the obituary resolutions and paid heartfelt tributes to the departed souls. In a somber moment, the House conveyed its deepest condolences to the members of the bereaved families, acknowledging their profound loss. Additionally, Sh. Bhupinder Singh Hooda, on behalf of his party, read the obituary resolutions, further expressing the collective grief.

Furthermore, the House expressed its sorrow over the sad demise of Padma Vibhushan Sh. Ratan Naval Tata and Sh. Hari Singh, the Freedom Fighter, whose contributions will be remembered forever. The members of the House also extended their heartfelt sympathy, reflecting on their legacies.

Moreover, the House expressed its profound sense of sorrow and grief over the tragic and untimely demise of six innocent school children, who tragically lost their lives in a devastating accident on April 11, 2024, in the village of Unhani, Kanina, District Mahendragarh. This tragic incident has deeply saddened the entire community, and the House stands in solidarity with the families affected.
