People from various wards of Chandigarh join Aam Aadmi Party
Chandigarh, August 6, 2024: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Chandigarh got a big boost today when a large number of people from various wards of Chandigarh left various parties and joined AAP. All these people were inducted into AAP by Punjab Cabinet Minister Laljit Singh Bhullar. Dr. SS Ahluwalia, Chairman Punjab Water Supply and Sewerage Board and Co-in-charge of AAP Chandigarh welcomed all these people on joining AAP. During this, senior AAP leader Dr. Harmeet Singh, AAP spokesperson Govinder Mittal, AAP leader Shakeel Mohammad and Mamta Kainth were also present.
Those who joined AAP include Amanpreet Singh Dua, Akash Syal, Kunal Sharma, Siraj Khan from Manimajra, Jasbir Singh Imran Khan, Arman Khan, Zaheen Khan, Mausim Khan, Dilbar Khan, Rahnuma Khan, Haji Rahmatula, Suresh Goyal, Raj Kaur, Vishal Kumar, Ashu, Hanif Mohammad, Gulshana Begum, Rahul Sharma from Kajheri village and Saurav and Ram Chandra from Sector 52, Rani from Sector 56 and Gurpreet Singh from Sector 29, Chandigarh.
On joining AAP on this occasion, Amanpreet Singh Dua said that he is very impressed with the public welfare policies of Aam Aadmi Party. Due to which he has joined AAP today. He said that Aam Aadmi Party has done a lot of public welfare work in Delhi and Punjab. More than 43,000 government jobs in Punjab have been given to children from ordinary families without any recommendation or bribe. After the formation of Aam Aadmi Party government, a big change is being seen in the education sector in Punjab.
Hanif Mohammad, who joined AAP, said that he has observed the activities of all the parties very carefully, no party is listening to the common people. Aam Aadmi Party is the only party under whose rule the common people are being heard and work is being done without any discrimination. Aam Aadmi Party has done such work in Delhi which was not done in the last 75 years. Delhi’s education model is being discussed all over the world. The results of government schools in Delhi have been very good in the past, the credit for which goes to the Aam Aadmi Party government.
Dr. SS Ahluwalia welcomed all the peoples who joined AAP on this occasion and said that Aam Aadmi Party is engaged in the welfare of the people day and night. Whatever promises Aam Aadmi Party makes to the public, they are fulfilled on priority basis. This is the reason why more and more people are joining Aam Aadmi Party.
