Oncologists win laurels at Annual Conference of Association of Radiation Oncologists of India (AROI)
In the recently held 42nd Annual Conference of Association of Radiation Oncologists of India (AROI) held in Manekshaw Centre from 01 to 4th December at Delhi. Dr. Rakesh Kapoor,Professor & Unit Head Department of Radiation Oncology PGIMER,Chandigarh has been elected as Chairman of Indian College of Radiation Oncology. (ICRO) for the period of two years. ICRO is on the academic wing of the association and is actively involved in all academic and teaching activity for the Post Graduate & Young Radiation Oncology in the Country. ICRO conducts various academic courses in all the five zones of the Country and thus contributing in dissipating update research in the field of Radiation Oncology.
Dr.Narendra Kumar,Professor Department of Radiation Oncology, PGIMER,Chandigarh was awarded the Fellow of ICRO and Dr. Shikha Goyal Overseas AROI Fellowship.
