ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ, 19 ਮਈ : ਪੰਜਾਬ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਸੁਨੀਲ ਜਾਖੜ ਨੇ ਸੋਮਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਦੁਹਰਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਆਪ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਅਧਾਰਤ ਨੇਤਾਵਾਂ ਨੇ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਹਾਈਜੈਕ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਰਾਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨਕ ਸੰਕਟ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਆਬਕਾਰੀ ਨੀਤੀ ਦੀ ਸੀਬੀਆਈ ਜਾਂਚ ਦਾ ਦਾਇਰਾ ਵਧਾ ਕੇ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਸ਼ਰਾਬ ਤਰਾਸਦੀ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਵੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ। ਇਹ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਨੇ ਰਾਜ ਭਵਨ ਦੇ ਬਾਹਰ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕੀਤੇ, ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਗੁਲਾਬ ਚੰਦ ਕਟਾਰੀਆ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਵਫ਼ਦ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ।
ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਸ਼ਰਾਬ ਤਰਾਸਦੀ ਦੇ ਮੱਦੇਨਜ਼ਰ, ਜਾਖੜ ਨੇ ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਸ਼ਰਾਬ ਤਰਾਸਦੀ ਅਤੇ ਆਪ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਰਾਬ ਮਾਫੀਆ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੀਬੀਆਈ ਜਾਂਚ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ। ਸੁਨੀਲ ਜਾਖੜ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਵਫ਼ਦ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਦੁਪਹਿਰ ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਸਤ੍ਰਿਤ ਮੰਗ-ਪੱਤਰ ਸੌਂਪਿਆ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਰਾਬ ਮਾਫੀਆ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਾਂ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਵੀ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਸੀ। ਵਫ਼ਦ ਨੇ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਗਠਜੋੜ ਨੂੰ ਬੇਨਕਾਬ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਈਡੀ ਨੂੰ ਡੂੰਘੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਵੇ।
ਵਫ਼ਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਮਨੋਰੰਜਨ ਕਾਲੀਆ, ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਜੰਗੀ ਲਾਲ ਮਹਾਜਨ, ਜਨਰਲ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪਰਮਿੰਦਰ ਬਰਾੜ, ਜਨਰਲ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਜਗਮੋਹਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਰਾਜੂ, ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਓਬੀਸੀ ਮੋਰਚਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਅਮਰਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਬੋਨੀ ਅਜਨਾਲਾ, ਰਜਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਹਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਚਿੰਨਾ, ਰਾਜਬੀਰ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ, ਰੰਜਮ ਕਾਮਰਾ, ਵਿਨੀਤ ਜੋਸ਼ੀ ਅਤੇ ਗੱਜਾ ਰਾਮ ਵਾਲਮੀਕੀ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਸਨ।
ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਟਾਲਣਯੋਗ ਤਰਾਸਦੀ ਦੱਸਦਿਆਂ, ਵਫ਼ਦ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ 2022 ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਆਬਕਾਰੀ ਨੀਤੀ ਦੀ ਤਰਜ਼ ‘ਤੇ ਲਾਗੂ ਕੀਤੀ ਸ਼ਰਾਬ ਨੀਤੀ ਅਧੀਨ ਵੰਡੇ ਗਏ ਕੋਟਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਵੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਹੋਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਇਹ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗ ਸਕੇ ਕਿ ਕਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਗੈਰ-ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਲਾਭ ਮਿਲੇ ਅਤੇ ਕਿੰਨੇ ਹੱਦ ਤੱਕ। ਇਹ ਸਟਾਕ ਰਜਿਸਟਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਸ਼ਰਾਬ ਨੀਤੀ ਦੀ ਸੱਚਾਈ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆ ਸਕੇ, ਮੰਗ-ਪੱਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ। ਜੁਲਾਈ 2022 ਤੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਰਾਬ ਠੇਕੇਦਾਰਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਗਏ ਅਤੇ ਮਨਜ਼ੂਰ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ੀ ਸ਼ਰਾਬ ਦੇ ਕੋਟੇ ਦੀ ਮਾਤਰਾ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਦੀ ਵੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ।
ਇੱਕ ਸਵਾਲ ਦੇ ਜਵਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ, ਜਾਖੜ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਆਬਕਾਰੀ ਨੀਤੀ ਦੀ ਸੀਬੀਆਈ ਜਾਂਚ ਦੇ ਹਿੱਸੇ ਵਜੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਛਾਪੇਮਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੀ ਸੀਬੀਆਈ ਜਾਂਚ ਨੂੰ ਤੇਜ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਆਪ ਨੇਤਾਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਵੀ ਜਨਤਾ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਲਿਆਂਦੀ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਦੋਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ। “ਐਨਸੀਬੀ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਗੈਰ-ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਕਮਾਈ ਦਾ ਪਤਾ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਸੀਬੀਆਈ ਜਾਂਚ ਦਾ ਦਾਇਰਾ ਵਧਾ ਕੇ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਸ਼ਰਾਬ ਤਰਾਸਦੀ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ,” ਜਾਖੜ ਨੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਕਿਹਾ।
ਮੰਗ-ਪੱਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਅਧਾਰਤ ਨੇਤਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਮਕਾਨ ਅਲਾਟ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਦੀ ਵੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ, ਕਿ ਉਹ ਕਿਸ ਅਹੁਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਅਧੀਨ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਮੀਟਿੰਗਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੌਜੂਦਗੀ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਵੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ। ਇੱਕ ਹੋਰ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ, ਵਫ਼ਦ ਨੇ ਹਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਉਰਫ ਹੈਰੀ ਦੇ ਰਹੱਸਮਈ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਗਾਇਬ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ, ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਐਫਆਈਆਰ ਨੰਬਰ 120, ਅ/ਧ 302 ਅਤੇ 120-ਬੀ ਆਈਪੀਸੀ, ਮਿਤੀ 12/12/15, ਪੀ.ਐਸ. ਬਹਾਵਵਾਲਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਮਰ ਕੈਦ ਦੀ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਸੁਣਾਈ ਗਈ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਸ਼ਰਾਬ ਠੇਕੇਦਾਰ ਵੀ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਸੀ। ਹੈਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਐਫਆਈਆਰ ਨੰਬਰ 116/23, ਐਨਡੀਪੀਐਸ ਸੈਕਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਅਧੀਨ, ਪੀ.ਐਸ. ਨਥਾਨਾ, ਬਠਿੰਡਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਈਐਸਆਈ ਦੀ ਮਦਦ ਨਾਲ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਤੋਂ ਤਸਕਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈਰੋਇਨ ਦੀ ਵੱਡੀ ਮਾਤਰਾ ਦੀ ਬਰਾਮਦਗੀ ਲਈ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਹੈਰੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਹਰਨੀਆ ਦੇ ਆਪ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਲਈ ਜ਼ਮਾਨਤ ਮਿਲਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਰਹੱਸਮਈ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਗਾਇਬ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
