BIS Chahal conveys condolence to CPI-M leader Sita Ram Yechuri on demise of his son
CHANDIGARH: Bharat Inder Singh Chahal advisor to Punjab Chief Minister today conveyed his deep condolence to CPI-M General Secretary Sitaram Yechury whose son Ashish Yechury passed away due to Covid infection.
In a statement issued here BIS Chahal said that he was shocked at hearing the sad news of passing away of Ashish Yechury who was just 35 years old. He said that Ashish was promising journalist and a good human being. He said that Ashish was committed to social values like his father.
BIS Chahal said that it was a big loss for Mr.Sita Ram Yechury who is prominent CPI-M leader and a true nationalist. He said that he stood by the family in this hour of grief and pray for peace to the departed soul.
