This delegation is led by Victorian MPs Dylon Wight and Mathew Hilakari. They are interested in adopting the state’s groundbreaking primary healthcare model. The recognition comes as another milestone in Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann’s mission to transform Punjab’s public health infrastructure.
