Jalandhar, March 2 Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Saturday dedicated 165 more Aam Aadmi Clinics in the state thereby embarking a new health revolution with operationalisation of 829 clinics across Punjab.

          Both the Chief Ministers dedicated the clinics here today with the sole aim of imparting quality health services to the people.

          Interacting with the media persons, the Chief Minister said that with this 829 Aam Aadmi Clinics are now operational in the state to offer free healthcare services to people.”He stated that these clinics, dedicated to the people of the state, are proving to be a boon for them.”. Bhagwant Singh Mann said that these clinics have already proved to be a cornerstone in imparting quality health services to people.

41 type of diagnostics tests are being provided at these clinics

          The Chief Minister further said that equipped with state of the art infrastructure, these these clinics are providing world class treatment and diagnostic facilities to the people free of cost.”So far, more than 1 crore patients from across the state have benefited from these Aam Aadmi clinics by visiting them,” he stated.. Similarly, Bhagwant Singh Mann said that total 41 type of diagnostics tests are being provided at these clinics free of cost.

          The Chief Minister further said that above all these clinics have helped the government in preparing a database for checking the various diseases prevalent in the state and combating them effectively. He said that the medicines are being provided free of cost to the patients at these clinics. Bhagwant Singh Mann said He said that these clinics have revolutionised the health care sector in the state as more than 95% of patients visiting these clinics daily recover from their ailments.

Today, we have dedicated 165 Aam Aadmi clinics

          The Chief Minister said that it is a big day in the health sector of the state. He announced that today, 165 Aam Aadmi clinics have been dedicated virtually to the people, adding that more such clinics will be dedicated in the coming days.

Bhagwant Singh Mann stated that Punjab has replicated the initiatives of the Delhi government in education, health, and the power sector.

The Chief Minister emphasized that despite the cessation of funds for Punjab by the center, the state government is tirelessly working for the benefit of the common man.

He said that it is a revolutionary step which will go a long way in benefiting the people in a big way. Bhagwant Singh Mann said that from Republic Day all the medicines are being provided to patients from within the hospital adding that facility of X Ray and ultra sound are also being provided to people free of cost.

The Chief Minister stated that the people of Jalandhar had given their verdict during the Lok Sabha by-poll, and since then, massive efforts have been made to spruce up the city. He mentioned that development works worth Rs 283 crore have been initiated in the district, with many more in the pipeline. Bhagwant Singh Mann said that after winning all the 13 seats in the state, the MPs from the state will not allow the union government to stall any funds of the state.

          The Chief Minister slammed the Union government for stalling the funds under RDF and NHM thereby jeopardizing the development of the state.

Bhagwant Singh Mann stated that the Union government unfairly blocked funds worth more than Rs 8000 crore, constituting grave injustice to the state. He emphasized the need to teach the Union government a befitting lesson by routing them out in the ensuing Lok Sabha polls.

Furthermore, the Chief mentioned that they are dedicating the School of Eminence, constructed on ultra-modern lines, to the people in Ludhiana on Sunday.

He highlighted that this constitutes another revolutionary step aimed at imparting quality education to students, especially from weaker and underprivileged sections. Similarly, Bhagwant Singh Mann announced that 125 new booths of Verka milk will soon open in Delhi, thereby giving a major fillip to the state’s farmers.

          The Chief Minister said that instead of Sankalp Pattar the Union government led by PM Narendra Modi has copied vision of Arvind Kejriwal by introducing guarantee. He said that the credit of bringing common people at the centre stage of Indian polity goes to Arvind Kejriwal. He said that Arvind Kejriwal had brought paradigm shift in politics by introducing value based politics by rejecting the divisive politics.

Commenting on the proposed alliance between Akali Dal and BJP, the Chief Minister stated that both parties had never parted ways and were already collaborating closely. Bhagwant Singh Mann challenged the Akalis to explain how they could align with the BJP, whose hands are stained with the blood of innocent farmers. Mann emphasized that farmers’ issues, as well as state-related matters, remain unresolved.

Arvind Kejriwal mentioned that as commoners, they are well aware of the sufferings of the common man, which is why they have introduced a revolution in the education, health, and power sectors.”

Asks Punjabis to avenge injustice by giving all 13 seats to AAP

The Delhi Chief Minister emphasized that people desire a government focused on action, not mudslinging politics. He highlighted unprecedented progress made in the state over the last two years to propel its development. Arvind Kejriwal emphasized the importance of continuing this trajectory, advocating for securing all 13 seats in favor of the Aam Aadmi Party.

Furthermore, the Delhi Chief Minister asserted that it is essential to counter the center’s neglect, stating that Punjabis will not forget the injustice inflicted upon the state by the Union government.
