Punjab government taking all measures to fulfil promises made to people: Kuldeep Singh Dhaliwal
- More than 250 complaints of people heard during ‘Janata Darbar’
Chandigarh, January 17:
Chief Minister Bhagwant Maan led Punjab government has been making continuous efforts to fulfill the promises made to the people. He said that the Punjab government was working in the interest of the common people. He said that during the last 10 months, the state government has worked diligently in the fields of agriculture, industry, education and health, employment and these works of public interest will also continue in the future.
Punjab Rural Development and Panchayat, Agriculture and Farmers Welfare and NRI Affairs Minister expressed these views today at Vikas Bhawan, S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali), during the weekly ‘Janta Darbar’ held to listen to the complaints of the people.
Mr. Dhaliwal directed the officials of headquarters and districts concerned to resolve the complaints of the people quickly and said that it was being ensured that the complaints and problems were resolved without any delay.
The minister further said that 263 cases have been heard today and instructions have been given to the officials concerned over the phone. He also encouraged the employees and officials related to their departments to work diligently and honestly in public interest.
