New Delhi, November 19 –The United States has deported Anmol Bishnoi, a wanted gangster in the Sidhu Moosewala and Baba Siddiqui murder cases, to India . The brother of gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, Anmol faces several serious criminal charges in India.Authorities have registered 18 cases against him, including those related to ransom, arms smuggling, and organized crime
Government sources claimed that the US has also deported two other wanted gangsters along with Anmol. The flight landing in Delhi today also carries nearly 200 Indian nationals who had entered the United States illegally.
United States : Officials will hand him over to the NIA
Upon landing at the Delhi airport, Anmol Bishnoi will be handed over to the National Investigation Agency (NIA). The agency had earlier announced a Rs 10 lakh reward** for information leading to his arrest.
Authorities have tightened security, and the NIA team will transport him in an armoured vehicle to its headquarters. Officials expect to question him extensively to uncover details about the Lawrence Bishnoi gang’s international operations.
