A major 13-point corruption case involving alleged misappropriation worth crores of rupees has been formally submitted to the office of the Punjab Vigilance Bureau,
The ADGP’s Punjab Vigilance Bureau office in Mohali has received a formal 13-point corruption investigation for alleged misappropriation worth crores of rupees. Following all required steps, the complaint was formally received on November 6, 2025, at 1:28:33 PM. The complainant has securely stored a copy of the receipt.
According to the information shared, once this case is registered, it could expose irregularities far larger than many corruption cases reported so far. The allegations point towards the involvement of senior government officials, influential political figures, private beneficiaries, and middlemen.
Complaint Filed Under Punjab’s Zero-Tolerance Anti-Corruption Policy
The complainant has stated that the case is dedicated to the Punjab Government’s Zero Tolerance Against Corruption policy. This policy emphasizes that fighting corruption does not require holding a government post. It was highlighted that even the anti-corruption movement of the AAP leadership began before they held any public office.
The details of the matter had already been brought to the notice of the Chief Minister of Punjab. Jagatar Sanghera, Chairman of the Jalandhar Improvement Trust, disclosed the filing of this complaint.
